How It Works

When you refer an agent to Operation Closed™ and that agent successfully closes a transaction using our services, a referral credit is earned.

Referral Credits

• Each successful referral earns one (1) credit
• A referral is considered successful only after a transaction has closed
• There is no limit to the number of credits that may be earned

Credit Application

• Each credit may be applied as $50 off a future transaction
• Only one (1) credit may be applied per transaction
• Credits apply to future transactions only

First-Time Client Consideration

If referral credit(s) are earned prior to working with Operation Closed™, one (1) credit may be combined with the first-time client rate on the initial transaction.

This is the only instance where multiple discounts may be applied to a single file.

Additional Terms

• Credits have no cash value
• Credits are non-transferable
• Credits may not be applied retroactively
• Operation Closed™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time
